Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
  • Process enquiries and proactively resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables.
  • Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services.
  • Coordinate, schedule and process jobs through our internal software.
  • Process and approve invoices for customers through internal software.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Love working in a team environment.
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
