About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team and drive growth in the Banking & Finance sector across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored account strategies that meet client needs and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in enterprise B2B sales, combined with your ability to think strategically and influence at an executive level, will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape propositions that address client priorities.
  • Leading executive-level conversations to position our business as a trusted partner.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with depth in Banking & Finance (ANZ preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading complex deals as an individual contributor.
  • Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and pipeline management discipline.
