The role of a Strategic Growth Leader involves driving business expansion through effective partnership development and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes business plans to create incremental pipeline through strategic partnerships
  • Fosters exceptional relationships with clients across various sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Public Sector
  • Communicates Iron Mountain partnership benefits to key stakeholders within the organization
  • Directs lead generation activities to generate pipeline, aligns sales teams on GTM plays to ensure goals are met by providing updated business plans and sharing best practices across regions
  • Collaborates with sales organizations in support of sales campaigns, proposals, and closure
  • Drives team alignment through regular communication (win stories, etc.) and relationship cadence
  • Enables sales teams on GTM plays by providing relevant knowledge in terms of sales, presales, and technical knowledge to effectively grow recurring SaaS revenue
  • Provides forecasting and account opportunity visibility into Iron Mountain's tracking pipeline action/priorities on a regular basis with stakeholders
  • Works closely with Product Marketing, Presales, and Product Management teams to develop structured marketing and enablement plans as part of the overall business plans for execution
  • Manages the partner journey from introduction to activation and value creation
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience, positioning SaaS solutions across large, complex accounts, with a proven record of accomplishment
  • Prior/Current Partner roles and experience are mandatory
  • Exceptional sales success working directly with customer decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following sectors: ANZ Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy Oil and Gas
  • Experience as a strategic account lead for a large global organization, managing relationships with Fortune 1000 level customers
  • Experience working across all levels of a highly matrixed global organization
  • Experience working with Global and Regional SIs and Consulting partners
  • Strategic mindset and consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams
  • Fluency and presentation skills in English are essential, other languages a bonus
