Take on a senior commercial leadership role to drive financial success and strategic growth in this critical opportunity. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will focus on identifying opportunities for revenue growth, profit enhancement, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the finance SLT, providing commercial support to the General Manager Sales, CFO, Supply Chain Manager, CEO, and broader executive leadership team.
- Develop financial plans, analyse performance, and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Be involved in the Sales & Operations Planning process, driving improvements and building the S&OP financial model.
- Risk management and performance improvement.
- Contribute to the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
- CA/CPA/MBA qualified with significant experience in a complex business partnering sales and supply chain functions.
- Demonstrated commercial orientation and partnering operational executives.
- Transformational zeal and flair for process improvement, leading an organisation undergoing change and transformation.
- A hands-on commercial leader able to be 'in the detail'.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, meeting tight deadlines and working autonomously and as a team.
