A leading administrative professional is required to manage office operations, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, finance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations, procedures, and standards.
- Manage office records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Allocate human resources, supervise staff, and assign work to team members.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- AQF Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (desired).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or management capacity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
