Leadership Opportunity in Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking a dedicated Allied Health Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coaching a team of consultants, overseeing performance and quality, exploring new opportunities, mentoring junior staff members, and providing advice on case management practices.

About the Role:

  • Leading and coaching a team of consultants

  • Mentoring and training junior staff members
  • Providing advice and coaching on case management practices
  • Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing programs to assist injured employees return to work

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling
  • Minimum of two years' experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis
  • Ability to provide high level customer service and grow business through increased referrals
