About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Allied Health expert to lead a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of Consultants to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services
- Oversee team performance and quality, exploring new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and confidence
- Provide expert advice and coaching on case management practices, managing a reduced caseload of your own
- Identify Return To Work barriers and design programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Minimum of two years' experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
