Job Title: Health and Rehabilitation Team Lead

We are seeking a Health and Rehabilitation Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and development opportunities for our allied health professionals.

You will develop relations and provide account management within the Australian Defence Force and other customer portfolios. You will also provide on-site support to locations within your remit.

The successful candidate will implement and monitor strategies to maintain quality and compliance standards, while achieving business, human capital, and financial goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in an allied health discipline with associated professional registration

  • Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
