The Regional Manager role at our organization is a key position that plays a crucial part in the success of our business.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics. This includes managing clinic workflow, personnel, and expenses, as well as developing and executing growth plans for each NSW clinic.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in customer relationship management, people leadership, and a demonstrated understanding of the pre-employment, injury management, and treatment landscapes as they relate to occupational health.

Key qualifications and requirements include:

  • Degree qualified in any of the following fields - Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Nursing
  • Current registration or ability to obtain registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Customer relationship management experience or exposure
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability
  • Demonstrated understanding of the pre-employment, injury management, and treatment landscapes as they relate to occupational health
