Workforce Solution Specialist

Implement and deliver comprehensive workforce management solutions to meet client objectives through effective consulting, implementation, and support services.

This role involves leading the implementation of ADP GlobalView solution, ensuring successful provision of consulting and implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting workshops to gather information on client requirements.
  • Designing and documenting client solutions including business requirements, interface specifications, and other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.
  • Taking ownership of configuration and working with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
  • Resolving issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP WFM product by collaborating with other teams/streams/areas.
  • Providing guidance to clients in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
  • Supporting clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
  • Delivering training sessions.
  • Migrating data from legacy systems into the new system through cleansing, mapping, and conversion processes.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to client services following ADP's handover methodology.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Traveling to client sites as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on global projects, leveraging your expertise in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions and experience in an Implementation Lead capacity.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, and Time Management systems. Additionally, excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Project Management Qualifications and completion of relevant training programs such as UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME /Workforce Manager are highly desirable.
