Job Description

This role requires implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through consulting and implementation services provided to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to gather information on client requirements.
  • Design and document the client's solution, including business requirements, interface specifications, and other necessary specifications.
  • Take ownership of configuration and work with other teams to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
  • Address issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP WFM product, working with other teams to resolve them.
  • Provide guidance to clients in preparing testing activities.
  • Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
  • Deliver training.
  • Migrate data, ensuring handover to client services following a structured methodology.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in implementing Workforce Management solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
  • Experience working on global projects.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, and Time Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and work autonomously or in a team environment.
