Job Role Summary

This is a leadership role within an organization responsible for implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all departmental KPIs are met through the provision of consulting and implementation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform workshops with clients to gather information on their requirements.
  • Design and document solutions including business requirements, interface specifications and other necessary specifications according to established methodologies and project scope.
  • Take ownership of configuration and collaborate with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test systems as designed.
  • Address issues and gaps between client requirements and the ADP WFM product, working with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
  • Provide guidance to clients in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
  • Support clients throughout the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
  • Deliver training sessions.
  • Assist with data migration activities such as data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
  • Ensure handover to client services following established methodology.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel to client sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
  • Experience working on global projects.
  • Sound knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources and Time Management systems.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting training sessions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in a related field. Completion of UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME /Workforce Manager training is preferred. Project Management Qualifications are also desirable.
