We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Implementation Manager in achieving all departmental goals through the successful provision of Consulting and Implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, document, build and configure solutions that meet client needs
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable plans that account for both functional and technical work streams
  • Provide best practice solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules
  • Implement products and associated services within required timeframes
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Anticipate, identify and analyze risks, problems and opportunities – establishing priorities and efficiently allocating resources for resolutions
  • Apply project methodology – planning, follow-up, reporting and quality assurance
  • Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing suitable corrective action as required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service experience in an Implementation/Service Delivery environment
  • Demonstrated experience in an Implementation environment with an excellent understanding of payroll applications and processing
  • Project management methodology experience with demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Familiarity with ADP management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide options for resolution
  • Proven experience in data mapping, conversion and integrity
  • Advanced understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as MS Project, Word and Excel
