Job Title

Job Description:

  • Implement and support solutions to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services.
  • Act as a functional and technical liaison between clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform workshops to gather information on client requirements.
  • Design and document client solutions including business requirements, interface specifications and other specifications required according to established methodologies and project scopes.
  • Take ownership of configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test systems as designed.
  • Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirements and product capabilities and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
  • Provide guidance to clients in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios).
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
  • Support training delivery.
  • Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping and conversion.
  • Ensure handover to client services following established handover methodologies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel to client sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in implementing Workforce Management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
  • Experience working on global projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources and Time Management systems.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting training sessions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

Certifications / Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
  • Completion of Workforce Management system training.
  • Project Management Qualifications.
