Job Title: Global Implementation Consultant

As a seasoned implementation professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of our solution, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve solution design and delivery.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services, leveraging technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop and lead training programs to equip internal teams with the necessary skills to effectively implement our solutions.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a complex operational or implementation role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, human resources, portal, and time management systems.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.


Certifications / Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
