Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced 360-degree recruitment consultant to participate in our Emerging Franchisee Program.
- You will be responsible for developing an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical, placing good people into good jobs.
- Your role will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, attending offsite client visits, participating in professional development training, sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates, facilitating the recruitment process, and collaborating with other agencies in the Frontline network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role
- Proven track record in business development
- Adept at managing and tracking activities via an ATS platform
- High level of interpersonal communication
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks
