The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative advertising strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive property sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies across various media channels to promote properties and services.
  • Design high-quality advertising materials, including print, digital, and social media content.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure advertising remains cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with sales and property management teams to understand market needs and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or at least five years of relevant experience.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in advertising.
  • Proven experience in advertising, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google AdWords and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a dynamic company.
