Marketing Strategist

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the planning and execution of brand campaigns and communications, focusing on store (O&O and concession) activations. This role involves developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that enhance brand equity and maximize revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue streams through commercial partnerships, including B2B initiatives.
**Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure consistency in branding across all in-store marketing elements, including logos, ticketing design, and music, aligned with the overall brand vision.
- Localize and standardize campaign elements such as window displays, lightboxes, and out-of-home (OOH) retail advertising.
- Plan and execute local marketing strategies for store network changes, including store openings, closures, and VIP events, covering strategy, creative development, media planning, and execution.
- Deliver asset packs, provide helpdesk support, and oversee governance to ensure consistent rollout of marketing materials across stores, including decals, ticketing, and event requests.
**Campaign Execution:
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns for the company, including campaign summaries, advertising creative, media planning for above-the-line channels, social media content, and post-campaign reviews to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Assist with asset production, including sample management, outfit preparation for photoshoots, and styling support.
**Commercial Partnerships:
- Develop and grow the company's business-to-business (B2B) dressing proposition, including uniforms, corporate dressing, and corporate discount programs.
- Drive new business development by creating assets, value propositions, and marketing opportunities for commercial orders and discount programs.
- Manage the commercial aspects, order placement, and delivery for corporate orders.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience within Marketing in a similar role.
- Experience driving corporate partnerships and developing B2B marketing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of and experience in managing media campaigns, including formats specific to local area marketing, digital media, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
- Experience ensuring brand consistency across various marketing elements and channels.
- Ability to plan and execute local and seasonal marketing strategies, including media planning, social media, and in-store campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and control marketing budgets efficiently.
