Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Cotton On team. As a key member of our VM team, you will partner with our Buying teams to develop future plans and directives in support of the Regional VM teams. This role offers hands-on experience working with Buyers and Trend teams to create innovative visual stories and displays that showcase our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Buying teams to build out future plans and directives for Regional VM teams
  • Develop and implement new presentation and display techniques that best showcase our brand
  • Work closely with Trend teams to identify opportunities for VM-driven sales growth
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to assess options and implement creative solutions
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Support Centre VM or Space Planner role
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to assess options and implement creative solutions
  • Proficiency in In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
