Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer - Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team as a Collections Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 600 customers, collecting and managing overdue accounts, sending and uploading supplier invoices, onboarding and maintaining customer accounts, handling disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently, performing data entry, providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships, and working with multiple manual systems.

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience as an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer. It is desirable to have experience in automotive & manufacturing or working in a similar industry where you are comfortable with high volume, manual end-to-end AR functions. You should have an extensive understanding of Accounts Receivable duties and procedures, end-to-end, and be able to confidently use multiple manual old systems and attain intermediate Excel skills. Your precise and accurate data entry skills, problem-solving and analytical mind, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly, will ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 600 customers
  • Collect and manage overdue accounts

  • Onboard and maintain customer accounts
  • Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently
