We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Support Office team at Retail Prodigy Group.

About the Role

This is a Part Time opportunity at 3 or 4 days per week, reporting to our Group Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for providing assistance with accounts payable and receivable tasks, data entry and reporting to various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivable collections, reconciliations & invoicing
  • Processing accounts payable data entry and payments
  • Purchase order processing and importation of sale, debtors, exchange, returns and payment allocations
  • Providing support to accountants, accounts receivable and accounts payable as required

To succeed in this role, you will have strong attention to detail, 3+ years experience in a similar position, proven ability to work under deadlines and excellent communication skills.
