Company Overview

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of daily national receipts, assisting with the review and follow-up of unknown receipt transactions, and working closely with the national Trust and Accounts Payable function to ensure that funds are receipted or reimbursed accordingly.

  • Process daily national receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and follow-up on any unknown receipt transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the national Trust and Accounts Payable function to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Motivation and drive for continuous improvement.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a professional approach in all interactions.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exposure to high volume, transactional environments.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
