Job DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in the accounts payable function, handling end-to-end responsibilities. This includes managing invoices, processing payments, and supporting reconciliations. You will be a key part of a high-performing team, bringing your strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full end-to-end accounts payable processing, including coding, reconciling, and payments
- Supporting month-end close and reporting requirements
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve payment queries
- Collaborating within a large national AP team to maintain efficiency and accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and AP procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, end-to-end Accounts Payable position
- Proficiency with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
