Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retrofit Specialist. As a key member of the Services_EAPA team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering results in your allocated sales territory.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and influence others. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to identify opportunities and drive sales through to order award.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support business development by identifying and pursuing new retrofit opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and service managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and technologies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Sales / Tendering / Applications / mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (highly desirable).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, supervisory experience, negotiation and influence, SAP, PC proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office programs; ability to motivate subordinates, time management.
  • Industry and supplier network, understanding of competitive offerings, knowledge and understanding of cultures within the region.
