**Community Health Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Community Health team on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of an integrated intake and referral service, matching consumers with the most appropriate health and community services.

  • Developing and implementing integrated intake and referral services

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in health, welfare or community service sector
  • Advanced interviewing and engagement skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word and other database software programs
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
