About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Systems Coordinator to join our team at ISS Property Services P/L. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, reporting, self-service, time and attendance, and employee application systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR System Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, reporting, self-service, time and attendance, and employee application systems.
  • System Performance: Ensure the reliable and effective performance of our HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Automation and Scripting: Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting to improve system efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors and technical teams to ensure support cases are resolved in line with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • System Health Checks: Conduct regular system health checks and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • System Interfaces: Maintain all relevant system interfaces, including upkeep of documentation and creation/maintenance of knowledgebase documents.
  • System Access and Permissions: Manage system access, permissions, changes, and enhancements to ensure secure and controlled access to HR systems.
  • System Upgrades: Support P&C system upgrades with Group IT and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Triage and troubleshoot issues related to HR systems, providing strategic advice on systems improvements, transformation, and enhancements.
