About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Workforce Australia For Individuals team as a People and Culture Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process HR operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Onboard new colleagues into our payroll system and provide support with people movement, promotions, and relocation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate people movement and recruitment-related requests
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or high-volume processing environment
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices, preferably with a degree in a related field
