Position Summary
As the People and Culture Advisor, your main objective will be to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization, offer comprehensive guidance and direction to personnel, manage employee relations, and assist staff with HR-related inquiries.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive generalist HR experience and knowledge
- Expertise in industrial and employee relations
- Proficiency in interpreting awards and EBAs
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Capability to analyze issues and devise effective solutions
- Experience in managing employee performance issues, grievances, and coaching leaders through resolution processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Aptitude for influencing relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a diverse work environment with teams across various locations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven high emotional intelligence
