Key Responsibilities- People and Culture Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with our organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities.

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, to ensure a seamless and effective process.
- People Projects and Initiatives: Manage, coordinate, and support the delivery of people projects, programs, and initiatives that support retention and engagement of our people.
- Staff Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a staff engagement strategy, including measurement impacts and analysis of results, to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Culture, Capability, and Leadership: Focus on building culture, capability, and leadership across the organization by developing relevant talent management strategies, people requirements, and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive organizational effectiveness solutions and initiatives that contribute to building a high-performance culture.
- Investigations and Case Management: Oversee investigations and case management activities as required, in line with policies, processes, and best practices.
- People and Culture Budget: Build and manage the people and culture budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Research and prepare relevant reporting, including monthly and quarterly board reports, to inform business decisions.
- People Plan and Enterprise Agreements: Develop the company strategy for and lead the negotiation of our organization's Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience: Proven experience as a senior people and culture leader, with a track record of developing and implementing effective people and culture strategies.
- Leadership and Coaching: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and foster trusted and collaborative relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop solutions that align with our organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support broader company priorities.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret and understand the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
- Project Management and Process Improvement: Experience in project management and process improvement, with the ability to analyze, critical decision making, and implement effective solutions.
