- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive organizational effectiveness solutions and initiatives that contribute to building a high-performance culture.
- Investigations and Case Management: Oversee investigations and case management activities as required, in line with policies, processes, and best practice.
- People and Culture Budget: Build and manage the people, culture, and performance budget.
- Reporting and Analysis: Research and prepare relevant reporting, including monthly and quarterly board reports, to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Proven experience as a senior people and culture leader, with a track record of developing and implementing effective people and culture strategies.
