About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description

As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on converting inquiries into sales and retention outcomes.

You will work in a high-energy environment, handling challenging customer conversations and evolving with the businesses changing needs.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday with some public holidays. Shifts will be allocated between 8:00am - 8:00pm (rotating roster), so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours.

About You
  • You have previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality or retail.
  • You are willing to learn, develop and self-motivate.
  • You are solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.
  • You have basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot basic tech.
