
Client Relationship Specialist

We're seeking 26 passionate individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Specialists. This key contact centre role will be the first point of contact for clients and financial advisers, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and web chat.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers
- Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
- Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Uphold high service standards in every interaction
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes
- Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week, with flexibility to do more)
- Must be available to start in October 2025
