Client Relationship Specialist

Triskele Labs is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients across Tasmania and Victoria.

This key role involves building strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust, value, and clear communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction and consistent follow-up across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across Tasmania and Victoria
  • Building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, value, and clear communication
  • Acting as the client's primary point of contact for ongoing engagements
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction and consistent follow-up across all touchpoints

Requirements for this role include:

  • Based in Tasmania, ideally Hobart or Launceston, with willingness to travel regularly to Melbourne
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and client reporting
  • A natural collaborator who can work across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams
