We are seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Manager to lead and execute strategies across a national network of restaurant locations.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales across all stores.
  • Manage social media accounts and content creation aligned with brand tone and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, new store launches, and loyalty campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
