About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product specialist to spearhead growth initiatives through strategic market engagement and activation across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Maintain customer relationships and implement retail materials in conjunction with commercial teams.
  • Enforce brand consistency to align with organizational values.
  • Analyze consumer insights to inform product development.
  • Work closely with commercial and retail teams to promote products and drive sales.
  • Pursue business performance through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to influence organizational decisions.
  • Leverage expertise in product, market, and consumer analysis to launch and grow pillar products.
About You
  • Proven experience in end-to-end marketing brand execution and trade marketing.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry is desirable.
  • Strong background in forecasting and data analytics.
  • Experience working with media agencies and briefings.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with ability to manage time efficiently.
