ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Are you organised, detail-driven and thrive on keeping things moving behind the scenes? As Brand Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our store network stocked and supported — managing allocations, transfers, product data, and third-party supplier processes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong admin, stock control or retail ops experience who wants to step into a brand-facing support role and make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Manage stock allocations and replenishment models across the store network
• Raise and manage product orders, delivery tracking, and invoice processing for third-party suppliers
• Coordinate and maintain accurate product registration and maintenance in systems
• Action store stock queries and adjustments in a timely, solutions-focused way
• Organise and communicate stock transfers between stores
• Liaise with the DC and suppliers to follow up on deliveries and scheduling
• Monitor and clear aged or end-of-line stock
• Maintain key shared documents with internal teams and retailers
• Support the planning, buying, and retail teams with stock availability and movement

ABOUT YOU

You're a strong communicator, detail-oriented and calm under pressure — always two steps ahead. You enjoy working with data and systems just as much as you enjoy helping people solve problems. You bring consistency, energy and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory coordination, retail operations or similar advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with data
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal errors
• A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and team-first approach
