Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive business growth through effective media, PR and digital strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand growth initiatives across our portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build broader brand and product strategy
  • Monitor customer behavior and work closely with the commercial team to implement retail materials correctly
  • Own brand guidelines to guarantee brand identity and ensure all actions align with our sense of purpose while nurturing the brand
  • Manage collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, sharing findings with Senior Management to inform new product development
  • Work closely with commercial, retail field teams to ensure proper understanding, recommendation and usage of products to drive sales
  • Drive business performance through strong working foundations with cross-functional teams
  • Understand market & customers clearly through analysis and reports to quickly react to changing trends and use insights to influence organization and unlock growth
  • Orchestrate launches and push growth of pillar products using own product, market and consumer expertise to contribute to continued growth for the brand and consumer relationship
About You
  • Experience within end-to-end marketing brand execution & trade marketing
  • Previous experience in similar role within beauty or retail industry with luxury retail/ beauty brand understanding highly desirable
  • Previous experience in forecasting and data analytics essential
  • Excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
