- We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with a passion for recruitment to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using a variety of platforms, conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit, coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.
