As a Litigation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation litigated claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. You will work closely with the Claims Management Team to ensure timely and effective management of litigated claims to facilitate a timely and positive resolution for all parties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing litigated claims, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
