About the Roles

BHP is seeking experienced mining leaders to join its Asset Leadership team as key members. In this role, you will focus on optimizing productivity and securing a long-life future for BMA.

The company is building a talent network for future-facing leadership roles in various disciplines, including production planning, maintenance, mobile maintenance, overburden management, and underground operations.

About You

A natural propensity towards leading high-performing and inclusive teams, grounded in coaching and mentoring, will be highly regarded. Previous experience in a similar environment, such as mining or heavy industry, is beneficial. Safety is a top priority, and having a proven track record of ensuring a safe work environment is essential.
