About the Role

  • This position involves managing a team of production planning and services professionals to optimize mine production and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • You will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance mine productivity, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of production planning and services professionals to achieve optimal mine production and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and implement improvements.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within your team.
