About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our ALLRes and Guest Experience team as a Reservations Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our guests, whether it's pre- or post-stay at our hotels across the Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make reservations and process payments or amendments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software packages to manage reservations and guest information.

Requirements
  • A can-do attitude and a strong ability to process and problem-solve.
  • Confidence in processing and problem-solving, with a strong ability to multitask and utilize time effectively.
  • A demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software packages.
Working Arrangements

This role requires a rotating roster of varying shifts from Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. Full-time and part-time positions are available for the right candidate.
