Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience from pre-arrival to post-stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage guest reservations, including room assignments and special requests
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Utilize software packages, including Microsoft Office, to manage guest information and reservations
  • Work a rotating roster of varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
