We are on the lookout for customer service superstars who want to join our high performing, industry leading inbound contact centre team based in Surfers Paradise. 

Travel is back and our team is growing An average day could include making reservations, taking payments or ammendments, problem solving or even receiving post-stay feedback from our guests. We do it all Our consultants are responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our guests whether its pre or post stay at our hotels across the Pacific.

What will it take?

A can-do attitude We have amazing coaches that can mentor you every step of the way to success  A confident candidate with a strong ability in processing and problem solving You love travel and can transfer this same energy over the phone Demonstrated ability to multi task and utilise your time effectively. Ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software packages

These roles requires our successful candidates to have availability to work a rotating roster of varying shifts from Monday to Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. For the right candidate, Full Time and Part Time positions are available
