About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Day Tours Consultant to join our team in Ayers Rock. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of tours and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team in ensuring the smooth running of tours
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate details in reservations systems and producing reports as required
  • Communicate regularly with operations regarding any changes or updates
  • Contact guests as required to retrieve information and communicate any changes via phone and email
  • Promote and provide advice on our amazing SEIT products
  • Assist with coach dispatch as required
About You

We welcome applications from individuals with a hospitality and/or admin background. No prior tourism experience is required. You will have excellent people skills, strong communication skills in all formats, and the ability to organise and manage your time. You will also be comfortable addressing guest enquiries and be able to problem-solve in pressure situations.
