About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities as the clinic continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Handling HR tasks, including staff management, leave requests, and payroll administration.
  • Overseeing financial tasks such as invoicing and accounts administration, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitoring and processing clinicians' billable hours, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Closely monitoring the clinic's financial health, making informed decisions to optimize resources.
  • Addressing patient enquiries, handling complaints, and incorporating feedback to enhance services.
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and legal requirements, minimizing risks.
  • Streamlining clinic processes for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing innovative solutions.
  • Managing the clinic's marketing and social media presence in line with business objectives, promoting the brand.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a Practice Manager role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Proven ability in workload organization, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • High proficiency in computer use, with experience in Xero and Halaxy preferred.
  • Independent work management skills, with a self-motivated approach.
