Clinical Strategy Lead Opportunity

About the Role

The Clinical Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of our clinical strategy.

This includes overseeing the implementation of our Group Clinical Governance framework, ensuring objective and transparent reporting of known and emerging clinical risks, and monitoring and responding to emerging health trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product owners in commissioning value-based health programs
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Lead key projects in the healthcare space
  • Monitor and respond to emerging health trends
  • Propose novel programs, treatments, and technologies

Requirements

  • Tertiary health degree with current registration
  • Experience working in healthcare management, health quality assurance, and clinical governance
  • Demonstrated success in integrating clinical thought leadership into organisational strategy, processes, and practices
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Broad network of health and healthcare relationships
  • Experience in developing value-based health programs in an insured population
