Clinical Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Lead to oversee clinical services and operations within our employee assistance programs (EAPs). This key role involves providing supervision, training, and support to counsellors, ensuring high-quality care within EAP frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of counsellors to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision according to registering body guidelines.
  • Promote and provide counsellor training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain and develop clinical policies and procedures to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor or higher degree in Counselling.
  • A minimum of 3 years counselling experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience providing supervision to clinical staff.
  • Understanding of EAP settings and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex workplace issues and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing strong working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
