Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective action plans to create meaningful pathways towards employment for individuals with disabilities.
  2. Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team to develop and implement high-quality marketing and capacity-building strategies.
  4. Plan and deliver employment supports tailored to individual participant needs, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to CPL's policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in case management and action planning, preferably within the disability sector.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, delegate, and problem-solve.
  • A valid C-class driving license and Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (CPL can assist with the application process).
