Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Weir in Rockhampton. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective distribution of Weir components and products by handling materials, controlling inventory, picking, packing, and organizing transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of goods in and out of the branch, including picking, packing, dispatch, receipting, and putting away of goods.
  • Carry out stocktakes and complete administration duties as required for stock.
  • Ensure equipment, stores, and yard areas are kept clean, tidy, and in fit-for-work condition.
  • Complete quality and inspection processes, which may include paper or electronic documentation.
  • Safely operate lifting devices such as forklifts, cranes, and company vehicles.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a warehouse or stores environment.
  • High Risk Forklift license essential.
  • High Risk dogging ticket - desirable.
  • SAP experience – desirable.
  • Current drivers license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
